Workhorse [Meekness]

I saw a horse standing, calm and bold.  It had a well-used harness attached, but no saddle.  It’s muscles toned and large from many, many days of hard work; but it had plenty more where that came from.

I sensed the horse’s “attitude” as wise, calm, confident, and ready-to-serve.

The Lord said, “this is meekness; great strength and competence, under control of the Holy Spirit, and guided by love and wisdom.”
